1st Advent. I woke up early to bring my youngest to a football match. It was indoor and it was a chaos. There was no referee. No fair play. I do not like this game.
It was a rainy day. It wasn't that cold. I went to run a 14km in the mountains. I felt very strong and without pushing at all, I made my personal best by roughly one minute. I stretched. I do not have any significant pains.
I read another chapter of "Primal Intellegence". I am starting to see that everything is coming to the same idea, planning.
I did not purchase anything for Black Friday. I was not looking for anything special and what I saw in my lists was not appealing at all.
