I woke up early. I had to prepare an important meeting in the afternoon.
I went to the pool by bike. I swam my 1000m with my buddy. A triathlete joined us later, but he could not keep up more than 25m. These athletes are mostly good looking but have a horrible technique. They do not swim well. They fight the water.
I brought enough to eat for the day. A coconut yogurt with blueberries, raspberries and dark chocolate. In the other box, I brought an entrecote with Swiss chard. On the side I had a small green salad with two boiled eggs. It satisfied me to the point that I did not dinner.
My meeting went well. Again the good preparation paid off. I skipped the non alcoholic Christmas party in the office and went home to run in the forest.
I ran, TWYOB and stretched.
I prepared dinner for the kids, solved my daily sudoku and read "Primal Intelligence" for one hour.
When I closed my eyes, I was tired.
