I slept a little bit longer than usual. I wanted to recover from a hard week. I did not feel any significant pain.
I ran my fastest 14k in my mountain track. I need to create a route and compare future tries with this. I was able to run 2mins faster than the time I did it with Simon. I felt very strong and was not looking for a personal best at all. There is some margin for improvement. I TWYOB and stretched.
