I woke up tired. I did not sleep enough.
I listened in a podcast that I should take personal notes of my running and maintain an unstructured journal. I would say that this is easy to implement. Today I ran an easy 7k. It was in the early afternoon, almost sunset. It was cold with no wind. I had no soarness from yesterday's half marathon. I averaged 5:11min/km and 149bpm. It was very easy.
I am not sure about loosening my running schedule. I really feel ok following it. I am afraid that I would skip all the quality sessions because of excuses.
Another interesting advice was running in zone 2, but this is really boring. If I can, I will try to get his new book. For the time being, I will continue runningfastr.com's plan.
