seek

I woke up 30min too late. I could not join the parkrun. I felt well recovered. I will run an easy 8k in the morning.

I changed a little bit the circuit and ended running 10k. I kept my HR below 159bpm.

I TWYOB and streched. Right after we went to France. They wanted to purchase some chocolate from the Outlet. Of course we purchased much more than this, but they assured me that these things were necessary. We talked a lot. It went very well. We did some errands together and ate a burger at Deliburger. It was a great day.

I got new Asics. They have a trail sole. I will use them for my Sunday long runs. I will try them tomorrow.

I read half a chapter of "Primal Intelligence". Now everything is coming up together. I am afraid that I will need to re-read everything again.
