I woke up at 6:00am after the alarm rang. I felt totally recovered. I could not remember if I was dreaming or not. It was like coming back to life. It felt very well. My body was ok with the only exception of my left leg. It is still in the recovering phase. It will take longer than I would desire.
I went to the pool. The weather was bad and many early swimmers were not there. I swam my 1000m without any obstacle. Only in the last 300m one of the more annoying wannabees was there. Jackpot.
