I woke up early. It was 8am when I left my bed. I had already done two sudokus and drank a coffee. While going up and down the stairs I felt confident to join the parkrun 5k and test how my left leg is. It did not go well. Before completing km4 I had to stop. I tried to stretch but did not help me. I continued until km5 but very slow and with some more stops to massage my muscles. I am not fully recovered. It is really discouraging. I want to run. I am missing it a lot.
Right after running, I went to the pool. It was almost empty. I was able to enjoy a 1:42mins/100m 1000m. Every turn at the wall was a pain in the ass. My leg is getting worse. I can barely walk now. I will wait one more week and will try again next Saturday.
We are going to have a very nice Saturday. The weather is back to summertime. Maybe it is going to be a day to tweak with the gaming console.
